Module certifications requirements - What You Need to Know

Many manufacturers selling their modules into Europe have now become aware of MCS and have completed their certification. However, there are still many companies who do not fully understand what MCS consists of (e.g. how is it different from IEC certification?), or what is involved in the process of gaining certification.

Furthermore, for the BIPV community, there are 2 new standards to take account of: roofing kits and bespoke BIPV modules. This talk will summarise all of the main issues and seek to clarify the purpose and process of MCS certification.
